How to Use the Plug-in

Setting up Dynamsoft SCM Anywhere access

1. Click on the Files pane (Windows->File) or click Settings button on the Remote Info page of Site Definition dialog box.
2. In the Connect to Server dialog box, type the server address and port number of SCM Anywhere server and your login information. Click Proxy to set the proxy information if needed.
3. Click Connect to display the Select Team Project dialog box.
4. Select an existing team project from the Team Project dropdown list. In the Folder text box, specify a folder within the selected team project as the site's root directory.
5. Click OK.

Basic Operations

Dynamsoft SCM Anywhere provides the following basic functions:

• Connect to Server
• Disconnect from Server
• Put (Add)
• Get Latest Version
• Check Out
• Check In
• Refresh
• Rename
• Delete
• Undo Check Out

Most of these functions are similar with that in SCM Anywhere GUI Client. For information on how to use these source control functions, please refer to the Commands and Dialogs of SCM Anywhere Explorer.
