Query Result
Summary
This page navigates you the detailed information of the query result list.
Access Rights
You must have View Issues permission.
To open Query Result window
Right click All Issues, Assigned To Me, My Create, My Watch
or other queries under Public Queries node or
Private Queries node in Issue Tracking
Explorer, select View Result, and Query Result window
will appear, as seen in the following figure:

Window Items:
Search for
Filter by text. Input key word in
Search for
textbox, click Search,
and issues that match the criteria will show in the issue list.
You can specify search area such as in
Title, Description or Comment.
Edit
Edit the current query. See
Edit Query.
Export
Export the query result list.
Query Result List Columns:
- ID: The unique identifier used to
identify the issue. Note that the clip icon next to the ID
column indicates that one or more attachments related to the
corresponding issue.
- Issue Type: The category of the issue.
- Title: The concise summary of the issue.
- State: The current state of the issue.
- Assigned To: The user who is assigned to work on
the issue.
- Created By: The user who finds and reports the
issue to the system.
- Changed By: The user who has changed the issue
in the system.
- Created Date: The time when the issue is created.
- Changed Date: The time when the issue is changed.
Issue Details:

Title: The concise summary of the issue.

State: The current
state of the issue.

Priority: The subjective importance and
urgency rating of the issue.

Assigned To: The user who is assigned to
work on the issue.

Description: The detailed information of
the issue.
Issue Tabs:

Comment: Comments on the issue, any of which will be
recorded.

Attachments: Attachments of the issue. The maximum size of a attachment is set by
System Options
under Admin Explorer.

Links: Links to other issues or files that are related to the
current issue.

History: History log of any field changes that have
already occurred. History will not log the
operations of copying and moving issues.
Note:

Field columns shown in the issue list table are configured
in Display Column of
Edit Query page.
