      If it is a 64-bit OS, please set Enable 32-bit Applications to true. Here is the information on how to change the value:
      IIS7: Please go to "Application Pools -> Advanced Settings" and set Enable 32-bit Applications to true.
      IIS6: Please run the following command line to change the value. Click here for more details.
      cscript.exe adsutil.vbs set W3SVC/AppPools/Enable32BitAppOnWin64 "true"
